Tuning: with Standard Tuning

This is the ACOUSTIC guitar part (Alejandro's part). Can be played finger-style or with
a pick, or combination of both. Lyrics below tab

Song Pattern: INTRO VERSE(1 time) VERSE CHORUS VERSE CHORUS CHORUS CHORUS ENDING

INTRO Chords: C G Em D x2

VERSE (Repeats two times before chorus comes in)

I advise to play this slowly the first time you see this and then play the actual
song...and you'll realize how the timing for this goes in due time...also the first tab line
shown can be played more easily when leaving the fingers in an Em chord position and
then just dropping the index finger on 1st fret of the 2nd string when that note is needed...

e|------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|----------1--0-------------------0----------------------1--0-------------------0----------|
G|-------0--------0-----0-------0-----2--0-----0-------0--------0-----0-------0-----2--0----|
D|--0h2--------------2-----0h2--------------2-----0h2--------------2-----0h2----------------|
A|------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

e|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|----------1--0-------------------0-------------------------------------|
G|-------0--------0-----0-------0-----2--0-----0--------0------------0---|
D|--0h2--------------2-----0h2--------------2--------2-----2*-----0------|
A|------------------------------------------------3-----------3*--------9|
E|-----------------------------------------------------------------------|

NOTE: The 9th fret on the 5th string part at the very end could also be played on the
4th fret of the 4th string but this doesn't allow the open 4th string note prior to it to
ring through...so it makes more sense chord wise to play the note on the 9th fret of
string 5 if you can reach it in time. It sounds better this way and there is surprisingly a
lot time to go to the 9th fret and then back up to repeat the verse from the start...

CHORUS C Em C Em C Em C D

ENDING C G Em D x2 Then end on C chord

LYRICS:
The sun goes down
The stars come out
And all that counts
Is here and now
My universe will never be the same
I'm glad you came

You cast a spell on me, spell on me
You hit me like the sky fell on me, fell on me
And I decided you look well on me, well on me
So let's go somewhere no-one else can see, you and me

Turn the lights out now
Now I'll take you by the hand
Hand you another drink
Drink it if you can
Can you spend a little time,
Time is slipping away from us so stay,
Stay with me I can make,
Make you glad you came

The sun goes down
The stars come out
And all that counts
Is here and now
My universe will never be the same
I'm glad you came
I'm glad you came

You cast a spell on me, spell on me
You hit me like the sky fell on me, fell on me
And I decided you look well on me, well on me
So let's go somewhere no-one else can see, you and me

Turn the lights out now
Now I'll take you by the hand
Hand you another drink
Drink it if you can
Can you spend a little time,
Time is slipping away from us so stay,
Stay with me I can make,
Make you glad you came

The sun goes down
The stars come out
And all that counts
Is here and now
My universe will never be the same
I'm glad you came
I'm glad you came

I'm glad you came
So glad you came
I'm glad you came
I'm glad you came

The sun goes down
The stars come out
And all that counts
Is here and now
My universe will never be the same
I'm glad you came
I'm glad you came
