A little beat that sticks out in my head, pretty easy, and when played at high speed, it can sound pretty dang sweet. 

HH = Hi Hat
S  = Snare Drum  (f = flam)
T1 = Small Tom
T2 = Big Tom
FT = Floor Tom
B  = Base Drum
