Basic Rock Beats for beginners:

S: Snare --->
B: Base  --->

BASIC ROCK BEAT:

|B|: O-------O-------

ROCK BEAT FILL:

     1e+a2e+a3e+a4e+a
|H|: x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-
|S|: ----O--O-O---O--
|B|: O----------O----

I use that Rock Fill when im warming up, 
but you can also do this:

OTHER ROCK FILL:

     1e+a2e+a3e+a4e+a

|B|: O--------O-O-O--

THERE ARE ALSO MANY OTHER FILLS THAT YOU 
CAN COME UP WITH, OR EVEN ACCIDENTALLY 
PLAY WHICH IS WHAT DRUMMING IS MOSTLY ABOUT, 
MAKING UP YOUR OWN STUFF.

That is the basic rock beat... and just 
some fills that i came up with... ENJOY!
And dont make fun cause they're REALLY 
REALLY easy. This is basically for beginners...
