If you\'re right (or left) foot ends up really tired by the end of playing those beat numerous times try this beat-

ride on the ride or the floor tom

play tom-tom notes instead of the snare (good for when a guitarist is palm muting)

if your in a band and your bandmates ask for something a bit faster then try this beat-
play it at about 200 to 250 bpm and it should sound good.

  bo---------------|o---oo--o---oo--|because it's so fast. the bass beats can be put 
                                     wherever just try to get a good sound out of it
                                     and maintain the loose hi-hat and snare.
