Beginner Co-Ordination Excersize

This is fairly useless, but who knows, maybe it will
help out somebody. This should help devlop a bit of
co-ordination in absolute beginners. If you have
trouble with it, just keep working, and once you're
able to play the beat once, work on looping it many
many times.
