ok, this is a great song, but you will have to do a few
tricks, ok, the first trick can only be done with a
clip capo. everyone knows how to put on a capo but
for this song, you need to do something really messed
up. you have to put it on backwards!!!!, the end result
should be a capo on the second fret like so

which will amount to basically an Esus4
pluck the 2nd and 6th string to make sure they aren't
striking the capo back. ok, now you have your very weird
capo on. it's time to learn the intro, your second
trick...
all chords and fingerings are relative to the capo
place your pointer finger on the thrid string second
fret, and your ring finger on the 2nd string third fret.
which makes a D2 {x,x,0,2,3,0}, this is the base of the
intro chords the reason for this odd fingering is that
for the melody, you will have to place your pinky on
the fifth fret from the capo strum down up down then
remove your pinky for the up stroke, then place your
middle finger on the first string second fret to make
a common D chord and use the same pattern down up down
changing to D2 again on the Up stroke. then a G chord
repeat and you get this:
