Dream A Little Dream Of Me.

Don't want to teach my Granny to suck eggs, but try this variation on the C7 chord.
Dampen the 1st string with the pad of your forefinger, and instead of playing the 5th string 3rd fret,
play the 6th string 3rd fret and dampen the 5th string.
You now have a moveable C7th 2nd fret its C#7, 3rd fret its D7, then D#7 or Eb7 etc.
I have never seen this in a book but have always known it, essential if you play bar chords.
So the case below play the altered C7 on the 4th fret then on the 3rd, D#7 then D7

1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th frets
C7 C#7 D7 D# E F F# G Ab

G F#7 D#7 D7 G F#7 E7
Stars shining bright above you, night breezes seem to whisper 'I love you'.

Birds singing in the sycamore tree, 'Dream a little dream of me'.

While I'm alone and blue as can be, dream a little dream of me.

Eb Bb7 Eb Bb7
Stars fading but I linger on dear, still craving your kiss.

Eb Bb7 Eb D7
I'm longing to linger till dawn dear, just saying this:------------------

G F#7 D#7 D7 G F#7 E7
Sweet dreams till sunbeams find you, sweet dreams that leave all worries behind you.

Am Am7 Cm G Am7 D7 G
But in your dreams whatever they be, dream a little dream of me.
